|Canned pineapple chunks||15 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Torn lettuce||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Cubed fully cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sliced water chestnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Peanuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons syrup.
In salad bowl combine pineapple chunks, lettuce, ham, water chestnuts, sliced green onion, and peanuts.
Combine sour cream, ginger, and reserved pineapple syrup.
Pour over salad; toss.
