Polynesian Fruit And Vegetable Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Canned pineapple slices with juice 2 Small, cut into 8 pieces each
  Pineapple juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Medium, peeled and cut in 1/2 inch-thick slices
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Medium, cut in 1-inch squares
  Red pepper 1⁄2 Medium, cut in 1-inch squares
  Canned drained button mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Whole cloves 2
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Artificial sweetener To Taste (Equal To 4 Teaspoons Sugar)
Directions

Combine pineapple, cucumber, peppers and mushrooms in small jar or bowl.
Heat remaining ingredients and pour over cut-up fruit and vegetables.
Refrigerate overnight or several days, turning several times.
