Pumpkin pie is the recommended pie dessert. Pumpkin can be used in a variety of recipes that are low in fat and good for health.
You can also go for mini carb cake muffins. They are only of 100 calories.
5-10 pounds is the average holiday weight gain. So, instead of pecan pie, opt for something that is less in calorie like pumpkin pie or cake muffin.
