Quick and Easy Valentine's Day Desserts

Ruby Heart Strawberries
For making ruby heart strawberries, you will need 2 pound of chocolate almond bark, strawberries, ½ pound white almond bark, microwave safe bowl and parchment paper. First of all you will have to place ½ of the almond bark in the bowl which has to be cooked over medium flame for around 60 seconds. Stir the mixture. If it does not turn smooth, then you will have to heat it for 30 additional seconds. Continue stirring until the mixture is totally melted. Add the oil and mix thoroughly. Pick up strawberry by its crown and dip it into chocolate. Place the dipped strawberry on parchment paper and allow chocolate to harden and dry. Now, drizzle the melted white almond bark over the chocolate dipped strawberries, if desired
I Really Love You Rolls
For preparing I really love you rolls, you will require 20 frozen dinner rolls, ¼ cup instant vanilla pudding, ¾ cup raisins, 1 cup brown sugar, pam, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 1/3 cup melted butter, Bundt cake pan and a damp cloth. Spray a light coat of Pam in the Bundt cake pan. Now, arrange the rolls properly into the pan. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, pudding mix, ground cinnamon and raisins together. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the rolls. Pour some melted butter over rolls and then cover them with the cloth. Allow them to sit overnight in such a place where they will remain at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees the next morning. Bake the rolls for 25 minutes. Best if served warm.
Forever Yours Fondue
For making forever yours fondue, you will need 1 cup whipping cream, 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier, Kahlua or other liqueur, 2 ounce chopped white chocolate and 10 ounce chopped semisweet chocolate. For dipping you will require fresh strawberries, cubed kiwi, pretzels, sliced bananas, cubed angel food cake and a Fondue pot. Firstly, take some whipping cream in a small saucepan and cook it over medium heat. Then bring to a simmer. After you remove pan from heat, you should add chocolate to it. Stir to melt it until it turns smooth. Add some liquor and stir again to mix properly. Pour this mixture into the fondue pot. Sprinkle white chocolate over this mixture and allow it to melt. Stir slowly in order to swirl. Serve it along with items for dipping.
