Honey Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
  Cake flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Shortening 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Chocolate 2 Ounce, melted
  Rolled oats 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs) (or nuts)
Directions

Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon together.
Cream shortening and honey.
Add beaten eggs, melted chocolate and rolled oats.
Mix thoroughly.
Add sifted dry ingredients and nuts or coconut.
Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake in a slow oven (325°F.) 20 minutes.
Makes 5 1/2 dozen cookies.
