Whole Wheat Oatmeal Chews

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oatmeal flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Powdered fruit rind 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coconut shreds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Sift flours and salt.
Add all other ingredients.
Blend well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on oiled cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° F. for 10 minutes or until brown.
