Steamed Oats

Ingredients
  Seasoned stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Whole oats 1 Cup (16 tbs), raw
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 3 Tablespoon, minced
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat stock in top of double boiler over direct heat.
When boiling, add rice, oil, yeast and seeds.
Place over bottom of double boiler, to which hot water has been added.
Cover.
Cook gently for about 30 minutes, or until all liquid has been absorbed.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
Leftovers may be reheated, added to soup, cereal or bread dough.
