|Oatmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground|
|Allspice||1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground|
|Lemon||1 , grated rind|
Blend honey, oil and eggs.
Stir in flours, spices, rind.
Dough should be quite stiff.
If too thick, add milk; if too thin, more oatmeal.
Pat about 1/2-inch thick into oiled pan.
Bake at 375Â° F. for about 20 minutes.
When cool cut into squares.
