Whole Wheat Oatmeal Crackers

Ingredients
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Oatmeal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Soy flour 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water/Potato water / milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend honey, oil and water or milk.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Blend well.
Dough should be stiff.
Knead 5 minutes.
Toss onto floured pastry board.
Roll to piecrust thinness.
Brush with oil.
Cut into strips, square or diamonds.
Arrange on oiled cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° F. for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown variation After brushing tops of crackers with oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, ground nuts or ground, Roasted Soybeans.
