Whole Wheat Oatmeal Crackers
|Oatmeal||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Soy flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Cold water/Potato water / milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Nutritional yeast||2 Tablespoon|
|Whole wheat flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Blend honey, oil and water or milk.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Dough should be stiff.
Knead 5 minutes.
Toss onto floured pastry board.
Roll to piecrust thinness.
Brush with oil.
Cut into strips, square or diamonds.
Arrange on oiled cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Â° F. for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown variation After brushing tops of crackers with oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, ground nuts or ground, Roasted Soybeans.
