Toasted Oatmeal

Ingredients
  Unrefined oil 1 Tablespoon
  Oat 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Boiling water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tamari soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat a large skillet.
Add the oil and saute the oats 5 to 10 minutes on medium heat, until thev are lightly browned.
It is important to roast them well.
Add the boiling water slowly.
Add the salt and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the tamari and simmer 5 minutes more.
Serve with raisins and roasted sesame and sunflower seeds.
