Parmesan Oatmeal Crackers
|Quick cooking oats||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.
Cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Sprinkle with water, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Place mixture on a baking sheer coated with cooking spray; roll to 1/8-inch thickness.
Cut into 2 1/2- x 1-inch rectangles.
Prick tops with a fork.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Â° for 22 minutes or until crisp and browned.
Separate crackers, remove from baking sheet, and cool on wire racks.
Store in a tightly covered container.
