Parmesan Oatmeal Crackers is a delicious treat you'll love to gorge on. Bake the oats effortlessly in minutes, and let us know your remarks after thorougly enjoying the recipe.
  Quick cooking oats 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.
Cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Sprinkle with water, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Place mixture on a baking sheer coated with cooking spray; roll to 1/8-inch thickness.
Cut into 2 1/2- x 1-inch rectangles.
Prick tops with a fork.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350° for 22 minutes or until crisp and browned.
Separate crackers, remove from baking sheet, and cool on wire racks.
Store in a tightly covered container.
