The Best Home Made Protein Bar

Want a tasty low carb, high protein, fudge bar recipe!?
Ingredients
  Chocolate protein powder 24 Tablespoon (8 large scoops)
  Oatmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Natural peanut butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1% fat)
  Peanut 3 Tablespoon, crushed
Directions

MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl, add oatmeal, chocolate protein powder, natural peanut butter, honey, and milk. Mix well, and roll them into bars.
2. On a plate, lay crushed peanuts, and roll the bars on it.
3. Place the bars in refrigerator and allow it to set.

SERVING
4. Serve protein bars as a mid morning, evening or post workout snack.
