Gluten Free Vegan Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
  Gluten free flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Gluten free rolled oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canola oil 7 Tablespoon
  Agave 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flaxseed 1 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

MAKING
2. Beat canola oil and agave and vanilla together until smooth.
3. Add flax seed soaked in water. Beat well.
4. In a separate bowl, blend flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
5. Stir flour blend into wet ingredients.
6. Add oats and raisins and mix well.
7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto un-greased cookie sheet.
8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.

FINALIZING
9. Cool one minutes then transfer to wire rack.

SERVING
10. Enjoy warm with milk, tea or coffee, for breakfast or as a snack.

Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
