|Quick-cooking oatmeal||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) Take a serving bowl and blend together water, salt and oatmeal in it.
2) Microwave (high) for about 1 - 1 1/2 minutes.
3) Stir and cover. Set aside for about 2-3 minutes before serving.
4) Place oatmeal in a platter and serve immediately.
