Quick Breakfast Oatmeal
|Quick-cooking oatmeal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
1) Take a 2 quart casserole and blend together water, salt and oatmeal in it.
2) Microwave (high) for about 4 minutes.
3) Stir and microwave (high) for another 2-3 minutes.
4) Stir and cover. Set aside for about 5 minutes before serving.
5) Place in a breakfast bowl and serve immediately.
