Oatmeal Plus

Ingredients
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Oatmeal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Rice Or Barley Can Also Be Used))
  Date/Raisins peaches or apricots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Almonds 1 Teaspoon, finely ground
Directions

MAKING
1.Heat water until boiling.
2.Stir in oatmeal, fruits and almonds and simmer for 5 minutes after covering.
3.Put the mixture in a blender to form into puree.

SERVING
4.Serve warm.
