|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Oatmeal||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Rice Or Barley Can Also Be Used))|
|Date/Raisins peaches or apricots||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Almonds||1 Teaspoon, finely ground|
1.Heat water until boiling.
2.Stir in oatmeal, fruits and almonds and simmer for 5 minutes after covering.
3.Put the mixture in a blender to form into puree.
