Nutty Oatmeal With Raisins

Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Quick cooking oats 1 1⁄4 Ounce, uncooked
  Dark raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Golden raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Walnuts 1 Ounce, chopped
  Shredded coconut 2 Teaspoon
  Half and half 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
2) To this, slowly add the oats, raisins and salt. Mix gently.
3) Over medium heat, cook this for a minute, or until the liquid is absorbed and mixture turns thick in consistency. Keep stirring in between.

SERVING
4) Divide the cereal into 2 bowls and serve immediately, topped with the nuts, coconut and half-and-half evenly.
