Banana Oatmeal Cookies
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Quick-cooking oats||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), uncooked|
|Mashed ripe bananas||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use 2-3)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
Preheat oven to 400°.
Combine flour and next 5 ingredients.
Cut in margarine with a pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add oats, mashed bananas and egg; mix thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake 10-12 minutes.
