Honey Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
  Flour 2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs), sifted
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Honey 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Shortening 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Warm water 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Quick oats 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
Cream honey & shortening; cut into dry mix.
Mix in egg.
Add water, oatmeal, vanilla & raisins; mix well.
Drop by spoon on pan, & press down.
Bake at 380 degrees for about 25 minutes or until done.
