Ingredients
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Rolled oats 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Pitted prunes 6 , chopped
  Cinnamon 1 Dash
  Sunflower seeds 1 Tablespoon, toasted
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), freshly squeezed (To Serve)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a sauecpan, bring water to a boil, mix in oats, prunes and cinnamon and simmer for five minutes till oatmeal is thick
2. Add sunflower seeds and honey

SERVING
3. Serve with fresh orange juice
