Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Bananas 2 Cup (32 tbs), mashed
  Rolled oats 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.Through a sieve sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar and salt.
2.Now add in half of the mashed bananas, eggsand butter.
3.Beat to a smooth and creamy consistency.
4.Gently fold in the rolled oats and the rest of mashed bananas.
5.Take a buttered cookie sheet and drop spoonfuls of the mixture on it.
6.Bake at 375 degrees (190 degreesC) for 15 minutes.

SERVING
7. Serve at room temperature.
