|Brown sugar/Honey||To Taste|
|Skim milk||To Taste|
1. In a 2-cup microwavable bowl or cup, combine oats and water
2. Place in microwave and cook on HIGH for 2 minutes, 30 seconds.
3. Let stand for 1 minute.
4. Add brown sugar or honey, cinnamon, and milk to taste.
5. Serve warm or cold for a healthy breakfast.
