Vegan Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
  Vegan margarine 200 Gram
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg replacer 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For Equivalent Of 1 Egg, To Mix With Water)
  Water 2 Teaspoon (For Equivalent Of 1 Egg, To Mix With Egg Replacer)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Quick oats 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Raisins 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add egg replacer mixture, and beat again. Add water and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients together and mix well into wet mixture. Add oats and raisins, and stir.
Form cookies into small balls and place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 350°F for 15 mins, until edges are done. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
