|Rolled oats||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Nit Instant)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Buttermilk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (To Make A Thick Consistency)|
1) Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients with the exception of oil.
2) Take a fry pan and heat the oil in it.
3) Add a few spoonfuls of the batter to it.
4) Pat the batter down and cook until it rises slightly and turns light brown in color.
5) Serve it on a plate in accompaniment to whiskey or prune sauce.
