Oatmeal Flapjacks

Ingredients
  Rolled oats 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Nit Instant)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (To Make A Thick Consistency)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients with the exception of oil.
2) Take a fry pan and heat the oil in it.
3) Add a few spoonfuls of the batter to it.
4) Pat the batter down and cook until it rises slightly and turns light brown in color.

SERVING
5) Serve it on a plate in accompaniment to whiskey or prune sauce.
