Honey Oatmeal Cookies
|Butter||2 Tablespoon (Room Temperature)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Quick rolled oats||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Grease cookie sheets; set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend butter, oil, brown sugar, honey, egg, and water thoroughly.
In another bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking soda; add rolled oats.
Stir and blend two mixtures together.
Add fruits, nuts, or chocolate bits (if desired).
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
