Honey Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  All purpose flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Regular oatmeal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix sugar, shortening, eggs, and honey.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes, or until brown.
Remove immediately from baking sheet.
