Raw Oatmeal Breakfast

Ingredients
  Oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Almond milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chia seeds 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Flax seeds 1 Tablespoon, ground
  Banana 1 Medium
  Maple syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Raw almonds 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Soak the oats overnight in water.
2. Drain the water the next day, add chia seeds and almond milk, stir and refrigerate till next morning.

MAKING
3. The next day add ground flax, let rest for a little while.
4. In a blender, blend the mixture along with a banana and add maple syrup.
5. Blend until all the ingredients are mixed well.

SERVING
6. Serve the Raw Oatmeal Breakfast along with some chopped nuts on top.
