Boiled Potatoes With Fried Oatmeal

Ingredients
  Potatoes 16 Medium
  Unsalted butter 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Oatmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cut each potato to a uniform size, so that they cook evenly.
Cook in boiling salted water until tender.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan, add the salt and oatmeal and fry, stirring continuously, until the oatmeal is golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Drain the potatoes well, and steam over heat for a few moments, to dry off any excess moisture.
Turn into a warmed serving dish and sprinkle with the oatmeal.
