Oatmeal Sesame Crackers
|Quick cooking rolled oats||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whole wheat pastry flour||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (With Garlic, Celery, Etc.)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine oats, flour, wheat germ and seasoned salt in a mixing bowl. Stir in water, vegetable oil, honey or sugar and sesame seeds.
Form dough into a ball and divide in half. Roll dough directly onto two greased cookie sheets to form a 12 x 8-inch rectangle on each. Cut into 2-inch squares.
Bake at 350° F. for about 20 minutes until crisp. Remove from sheets and let cool on wire racks. Store in a tightly sealed container.
