Raisin And Spice Oatmeal

Ingredients
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground
  Raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dry oatmeal 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (quick cooking)
Directions

1. Bring water, cinnamon, nutmeg, and raisins to a boil.
2. Stir in oatmeal and cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
3. Cover pan, remove from heat, and let stand for a few minutes.
4. Serve with skim milk, if desired.
