My sister likes this easy oatmeal raisin cookies recipe. It is true that cooking is her hobby. She keeps preparing various types of dishes. But whenever she is very happy. She makes this cookie . An Interesting fact is that my family also likes this cookie very much. You should try this oatmeal raisin cookies recipe.
Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oatmeal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Stage1-Preheat oven to 350 degrees fareinhite.

Stage2-Beat together butter and sugars until creamy.

Stage3-Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.

Stage4-Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.

Stage5-Stir in oats, raisins, coconut and nuts.

Stage6-Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Stage7-Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Stage8-Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet then remove to wire rack.

Thank you for this wonderful recipe; it was exactly what I was looking for. It makes about 18 cookies. They were very, very easy and very good. The texture and flavor were exactly right.
