Banana Oatmeal Cookies
|Shortening||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Gold medal flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Rolled oats||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Mashed ripe bananas||1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed (2 To 3 Medium)|
|Chopped nuts/Chopped raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat oven to 400°
Measure flour by dipping method or by sifting.
Place all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Beat until well blended.
Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough about 1 1/2" apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 12 to 15 min.
