Ingredients
  Sliced peeled pears 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange marmalade 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice 3 Tablespoon
  Oatmeal cookies 5 (Soft)
  White bread slice 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Piece)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Cooking spray 1
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Place cookies and bread in a food processor,pulse for 10 times or until mixture resembles coarse meal. Combine crumb mixture and butter, toss well. Sprinkle 1/2 cup crumb mixture in a2-quart casserole coated with cooking spray.Add pear mixture, and sprinkle with remaining
crumb mixture. Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Uncover, and bake an additional 15 minutes or until bubbly
