Fruited Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
  Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened
  All purpose flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Oats 2 Cup (32 tbs), uncooked
  Mixed dried fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
In mixing bowl beat butter with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 30 seconds.
Add half of flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, egg and vanilla.
Beat until thoroughly combined.
Beat in remaining flour.
Stir in oats, fruit bits and nuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Convection Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are golden.
Cool cookies on wire rack.
