Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
  Butter 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup, At Room Temperature)
  Peanut butter 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup, At Room Temperature)
  Sugar 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Egg 1
  Vanilla extract 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Quick-cooking rolled oats 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  All purpose flour 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Baking soda 3 Milliliter (3/4 Teaspoon)
  Salt 1 Milliliter (1/4 Teaspoon)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Assemble Mixer.
In large mixer bowl, cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars at MEDIUM-LOW.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix on LOW until dry ingredients are moistened then at MEDIUM-LOW until smooth.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
Flatten in crisscross fashion with a floured fork.
Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool on racks.
