Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

|Firmly packed brown sugar||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|

|Quick-cooking rolled oats||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|All purpose flour||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Baking soda||3 Milliliter (3/4 Teaspoon)|
|Salt||1 Milliliter (1/4 Teaspoon)|
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In large mixer bowl, cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars at MEDIUM-LOW.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix on LOW until dry ingredients are moistened then at MEDIUM-LOW until smooth.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
Flatten in crisscross fashion with a floured fork.
Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool on racks.
