Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
|Sifted flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Seedless raisins||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Rolled oats||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Sift together first 4 ingredients and set aside.
Beat margarine until creamy and gradually add sugar.
Add peanut butter and mix well.
Add eggs, milk and vanilla; blend well.
Add dry ingredients a little at a time, until well blended.
Fold in oats and raisins.
Cover and chill for at least one hour in refrigerator.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
