Apple Oatmeal Whole Wheat Cookies

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Apple pie spices 2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Quick-cooking oatmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Granulated brown sugar replacement 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Granulated fructose 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Apple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped apple 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine whole wheat flour, apple-pie spices, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a sifter.
Stir in quick oatmeal.
Sift together into a bowl.
Set aside.
Using an electric mixer, cream margarine.
Gradually add granulated brown sugar replacement and fructose.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add flour mixture alternately with apple juice.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in chopped apple.
Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) until edges are brown and top feels firm.
Move to cooling racks.
