Nice And Spicy Oatmeal makes for a yummy breakfast/ Surrisingly my children even take this Nice And Spicy Oatmeal as a snack! Try the Nice And Spicy Oatmeal!
Ingredients
  Hot water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Quick cooking oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped dried apricots/Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine water, oats, apricots, sugar and salt.
Cook at HIGH 4 to 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened; stir once.
Stir in wheat germ and cinnamon.
Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
