Caramel Oatmeal Squares
|Caramels||48 , melted with cream|
|Cream||7 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Instant oatmeal||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chocolate chips||6 Ounce|
|Chopped pecans/Chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine dry ingredients and butter until blended.
Take 1/2 mixture and pat into ungreased 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish.
Bake at 350Â° for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts and pour melted caramels and cream mixture over.
Sprinkle remaining dry mixture over top.
Bake at 350Â° for 15 minutes.
Cool and cut into small squares.
