Today you get to see how I make my banana, peanut butter oatmeal.
This is my GO TO breakfast:)
Steel cut oats/Oatmeal
1 Cup (16 tbs)
3 Cup (48 tbs)
1 Large, mashed
1 Tablespoon (Natural)
1. In a pot on high heat, boil water, add the steel cut oats and mix well. Stirring continuously cook this for 15 - 20 minutes on high. Once done, set it aside to cool.
2. Once the oats have cooled, take 1/2 cup of the cooked oats and place it in a serving bowl, add the mashed banana and mix well.
3. Stir in the peanut butter and mix until well combined.
4. Serve this oatmeal with a glass of milk.
