Ingredients
  Oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Molasses 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Pure vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Soy flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), sifted
  Skim milk powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sifted
  Raisins/Dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), pitted and chopped
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Wheat germ 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Oatmeal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Combine oil, honey and molasses.
Add one egg at a time, beating after each addition.
Add vanilla.
Combine soy flour and milk powder.
Add raisins (or dates), walnuts, salt, wheat germ and oatmeal.
Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients and blend well.
Drop by teaspoons onto lightly oiled cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
