Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg whites 2
  Vanilla 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bananas 3 , mashed
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Rolled oats 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Raisins/3/4 cup dates, chopped 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
Directions

1. Mix oil, sugar, egg, vanilla, and bananas in a large bowl.
2. Stir in flour, cloves, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and rolled oats.
3. Add raisins or dates and drop by rounded teaspoonsful 1 inch apart onto a nonstick baking sheet.
4. Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes. Enjoy! Store in airtight container.
