Cinnamon Honey Baklava

Pura is a yummy pastry made from almonds sugars and spices. You can delightful effect of this cinnamon honey syrup soaked pastry on your taste buds. Stop drooling and take this amazing Pura recipe down!
  Finely chopped walnuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Finely chopped almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Filo pastry sheets 10
  Butter 250 Gram, melted
For honey cinnamon syrup
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon stick 1 Small
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Teaspoon

Mix together nuts, sugar and spices.
Brush half of a sheet of filo with melted butter, fold other hand over and brush with butter so that you have a piece of filo 18mx3piaR.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of mixture.
Beginning at one end, filo as you would a jam roll.
Cut into three.
Place on greased baking sheet with smooth side of pastry up and brush with melted butter.
Repeat rolling.
Bake in preheated moderate oven 180C (350F) for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
While hot, dip into warm Cinnamon Honey Syrup and drain.
SYRUP: Mix all ingredients together and and simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook only until light brown.
