Carrots With Pistachios And Cointreau

Ingredients
  Carrots 1 Pound, peeled
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Shelled pistachio nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cointreau 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Slice the carrots diagonally into 1/8 inch slices.
Combine the carrots, water, salt and the 3 tablespoons butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes or until tender; drain.
Remove carrots from saucepan.
Melt the 2 tablespoons butter in the same saucepan over medium heat.
Saute the pistachios for2 minutes.
Add the carrots and Cointreau and toss lightly.
