Apricot Walnut Stuffing
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Chopped dry apricots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant chicken broth/1 chicken bouillon cube||1 Tablespoon|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|White bread slice||6 , cubed|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
In a large frying pan, saute onion in butter or margarine until soft; stir in apricots, chicken broth or bouillon cube and water.
Heat to boiling, crushing bouillon cube if used; remove from heat.
Add cubed bread and walnuts; toss until evenly moist.
