Potato Nut Casserole

Ingredients
  Potatoes 6 , quartered
  Onion 1
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Soy flour 2 Tablespoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Blend all ingredients except wheat germ.
Turn into oiled casserole or 6 oiled custard cups.
Sprinkle wheat germ on top.
Bake at 350° F. about 45 minutes for large casserole, 35 minutes for individual cups.
