Roasted Soybeans

Ingredients
  Soybeans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), dry
  Cold water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Refrigerate the soybeans in the water overnight.
The next day, drain off excess water and dry the beans.
Spread the beans in a shallow pan, and bake 2 hours at 200°C.
When done, brown lightly in the broiler, stirring frequently.
Use as is, or toss with 1 tablespoon oil and salt lightly.
Leave whole for snacks, or grind in a blender or food grinder and use as a nutlike topping.
