Ingredients
  Pistachio 1 , chopped
  Unsalted butter To Taste
  Eggs 20 Small
  Vanilla essece 1 Teaspoon
  Sweet paste dough 200 Gram
  Flour 1500 Gram
  Unsalted butter 1 Kilogram
  Icing sugar 500
  Eggs 4 Small
  Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
Directions

make a sweet paste dough.--cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.gradually add the eggs and essece very carefully. then fold in the flour.
flatten the dough on butter paper and cool it till it has become hard.
roll out the dough and line a baking tray

for the filling.
cream butter and sugar . gradually add the eggs and lastly the crushed pistachio.spread it evenly over the tray and bake for 60mins till done.
