Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 5 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Pecan halves 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Bring all ingredients, except nuts, to a boil, and cook to soft-ball stage (about 236 degrees F.*). Remove from heat, and stir in nuts. Let cool.
