|Butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soft bread crumbs||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
In large pan, melt butter or margarine.
Fry almonds until golden.
Stir in celery and onion, and cook until almost tender.
Add bread crumbs, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Stir in egg.
Use to stuff 3-4 pound dressed fish for baking.
Makes about 4 cups.
